We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RejuNew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
